Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Sanremo – und das vor allem dank der wunderbaren Gastgeberin Angela! Schon bei der sehr kurzfristigen Buchung war der Kontakt herzlich, unkompliziert und absolut zuverlässig. Angela ist ein unglaublich freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Mensch – eine Gastgeberin mit ganz viel Herz.
Besonders beeindruckt hat uns ihre Unterstützung bei einem medizinischen Notfall. Sie hat nicht nur sofort geholfen, sondern uns auch persönlich in die Klinik gefahren, dort begleitet und mit ihrer bestimmten, aber sympathischen Art dafür gesorgt, dass alles schnell und reibungslos ablief. Auch nach unserem Aufenthalt hat sie sich immer wieder erkundigt, wie es uns geht – das war wirklich außergewöhnlich und sehr berührend.
Die Kommunikation war dank ihrer Sprachkenntnisse absolut problemlos – sie sprach sogar unsere Muttersprache!
Das Apartment selbst ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und ausreichend für bis zu fünf Personen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber und in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Wohnung war insgesamt in Ordnung, auch wenn die Sauberkeit an manchen Stellen etwas gründlicher hätte sein können. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator – für uns war das aber kein Problem, da es während unseres Aufenthalts angenehm warm war.
Besonders praktisch war die Garage im Wohnkomplex – wobei die steile Zufahrt anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Mit einem SUV war es aber gut machbar.
Zum Strand (z. B. Ospedaletti) sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren. Ins Zentrum von Sanremo hingegen konnten wir mit unseren Kindern gut zu Fuß spazieren – ca. 10 Minuten bergab. Der Rückweg ist allerdings recht steil, für kleinere Kinder oder ältere Personen eventuell etwas anstrengend.
Ein schönes Detail: Bei unserer Ankunft waren Wasserflaschen bereitgestellt – eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben.

Насправді я бронювала помешкання дуже терміново, тому мені дуже сподобалось що комунікація з помешканням відбулася одразу через додаток а потім WhatsApp. Розташування апартаментів досить зручне, тому що близько до набережної, до хороших ресторанчиків, а найголовніше - до моря. Також мені дуже імпонувала комунікація з Анжелою , дуже мила і приємна жінка, яка добре знає свою роботу.
Єдиний мінус для мене , це підйом до помешкання, але в Сан-Ремо так практично всюди. ☺️😀

No recomendable. Experiencia desastrosa.
Lo primero, la atención al cliente del alojamiento fue nefasta.
Al llegar al alojamiento (del que hablaré a continuación) me pidieron abonar el suplemento de la mascota, del cual no me habían informado. Les indiqué que ya lo había pagado, pensando que dicho suplemento era el de limpieza. Tras la entrega de llaves, me llama el "gestor" del alojamiento, tratándome como si fuese poco menos que una estafadora, diciéndome que si no quería pagar el suplemento de la mascota, que abandonase el apartamento.
A pesar de la falta de educación y respeto al dirigirse a mí, le pedí disculpas por el malentendido, pues no me estaba negando a pagar, si no que no había leído o recibido la información de la tarifa de la mascota.
Comprobé tras la conversación que, a pesar de haberles informado por mi parte en la reserva de que me alojaba con mascota, efectivamente estaba en lo cierto y el alojamiento no me había avisado del coste extra.
Igualmente, y pese a la mala atención, hubiese permanecido en el alojamiento de no ser por la falta de limpieza y mantenimiento del edificio: humedades, pelos en la cama, en el aseo, toallas sucias... Realmente no sé qué suplemento de limpieza cobran, si la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia.
Decidimos hacer una salida anticipada 3 días antes de lo previsto por estos motivos y buscar otro alojamiento, negándose por su parte a devolver el dinero de las noches no disfrutadas pese a haberles enviado las fotos del estado del apartamento. Respuesta alguna por su parte? No, ninguna. Ni una disculpa.
He de decir que la gestión por parte de Booking fue buena, aunque no la del alojamiento, desde luego.
No recomendaría en absoluto. El único punto positivo es que el apartamento, si hubiese estado limpio, era acogedor.
