nice and big apartment with all the comfort equipment, the landlords are available, kind and helpful. It took a while to figure out how to get the keys in the locked box (we are not used to this system).
the apartment is not in a location where you can walk to other places (restaurants, etc) so you will need to drive there. Beds were ok but some bed sheets have seen better days. For one night it was ok. Parking is the only one low light in my opinion: there is no easy parking around the apartment, you can only park on a very steep road nearby and make sure you get as close as you can to a wall on the side.

Comfortable, large flat. Excellent value for money.
Superb stay in San Remo at #EssenzediMareSanremo. Very large, comfortable, well-equipped flat with three separate bedrooms and a small garden. Easy parking in front of the building or on the road just below, and a supermarket is just 150-200 metres away. Giovanni was an excellent host with good tips as to where to eat and places to visit. We highly recommend this apartment and have only one regret… that we were unable to stay a little longer!

outdoor space is fabulous! apartment very clean, a good amount of space for the five of us. The host speaks English and French and was very pleasant.
No walking access to the beach from the apt, there is construction on the way, so to get to the beach it's either a long walk or a drive.

La casa è molto carina, pulita, accogliente, riscaldata e ho trovato pure caffè fette biscottate marmellate e cioccolata per la colazione. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno. La signora è gentilissima e super disponibile. La casa è vicina al centro, da raggiungere sia a piedi che in taxi (sconsiglio di spostare la macchina dal parcheggio).

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé ! Nous avons adorés prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Les hôtes étaient très réactif par téléphone.
Léger bémol sur le bruit de la route très passante et l'ascenceur proche de l'appartement.

Wohlfühloase bei Ankunft
Es gab Kaffee, Marmeladen, Zwieback, Salz, Zucker, Wasser Flasche für den Kaffee, Saft, Handtücher Toiletten paper, Seife....etc wie in einem hotel. Die Betten waren alle schon gemacht. Ein toller abgeschirmter Garten.
Das ein oder andere war reparatur bedürftig und die parkplatz Situation könnte besser sein.

Ottimo soggiorno a Sanremo
La posizione, vicina alla strada principale ma casa non rumorosa, vicino al mare, che è visibile dall’appartamento. Bello e vivibile il giardino, casa ampia, accogliente, calda, ottima l’attrezzatura da cucina.
