Very spacious and comfortable apartment and very well located, with private parking.

The location was excellent. We loved the private parking, this was one of the reasons we chose this apartment.

The sheets of the twin beds and of the sofa bed (same ones) were slippery, would not stay on bed. Very poor quality. I took them out and used a blanket that would stay in place. For one night I could have lived with it, but we stayed 6 nights. The sheets should have been the same quality as the queen bed .

Cozy apartment

Beautifully furnished apartment, nice and cozy, close to the beach and not far from the downtown area. The owners paid much attention to personalized details for each room, in order to make us feel like home. Covered parking place close to the apartment. The owners recorded a series of short videos of 'how to...', which are very helpful. Also they are very prompt, offering indications and answering any questions.

A lovely stay with swimming and strolling

A spacious, well-located, and well-equipped apartment. It has a balcony. The living room has air conditioning. It's just a few minutes from the beach and a short walk to the old town. Covered parking is available not far from the apartment. Communication with the host went well.

The description of the route shouldn't be provided during the journey, but ideally one day in advance. Then you can read the description at your leisure.

Good location, not so good host

Close to beach and town.

Communication was really difficult and the host was the most unhelpful I’ve had. We stayed on 3 different locations during our Italy trip and comparing to others this host ruined the experience of his accomodation. Therefore I can not recommend to book this. If the host wants to get things done better: - Give your guests some information earlier, if we would not have access to mobile data we wouldn’t have got the pin code and information to check in. Usually we get this information atleast one day before arrival. You sent this info just 1-2 hours before even though I asked you about the information regarding check in and parking before. - if your guests send guestions, please answer those within 1-3 days (my last 10 hosts has answered within 24 hours) . This time you ignored most guestions which were only quite normal questions regarding directions to parking place and second question was if we could check in at 2-3pm. - Be polite - Answer your phone or download whatsapp to make communication easier. All your guests may not have access to booking.com all the time.

La situation de l’appartement, ainsi que le parking pas très loin. La distribution des pièces, le calme dans la résidence. La décoration est originale.

Les lits pas très confortables, les draps trop petits et la couette sans housse.

Остановились здесь на 4 ночи, все было замечательно, в квартире было всё необходимое, уютная большая квартира, месторасположение хорошее, рядом магазин, недалеко от пляжа, частная парковка, хозяин оперативно отвечал на все вопросы🙂

Un très bon séjour

L'implacement est à 2 arrêts du bus de Casino, sinon cela fait une belle promènade de 10-15min vers le centre sur Corso Imperatrice. L'appartement est bien spaciaux et bien équipée avec un balcon où on prend le café du matin. Nous n'avons pas rencontré le propriétaire, mais il réagissait vite à toute notre demande par Whatsapp. Un très bon séjour.

Ce serais appréciable de mettre une ampoule plus puissante dans la cuisine qui est en peu sombre. Deux poîles trop usées à changer.
