Modern and convenient with good service.
Modern, very clean and comfortable. Limited number of quests and good space around pool. No fridges in rooms but reasonable prices at honesty bar (fridge) - beer, water at 5€. Also wine, sparkling wine etc. Car parking available. Reasonable breakfast with good coffee options as per order. Egg based food (scrambled, omlette etc.) for additional 5€. Pretty good wifi. Good and friendly service by local staff.
Just observation - it is not adults only type. If there is a family with kids then the pool side can be pretty noisy and splash rich. While rooms are silent. Also it is quite in distance from Como - car would be needed. While two restaurants at walking distance (5-10min) and hotel provides list of others nearby by car.

Living the Como Villa Life without the 10M€ entry fee
Beautifully renovated and maintained Villa at the top of Cernobbio looking over Lake Como with comfortable, spacious rooms with incredible views and a lovely breakfast patio and pool.
Perfection except they should have one electric car charging spot which would have come in handy visiting Milan who has a 7.50€ daily congestion charge for non EV’s.

absolutely gorgeous location overlooking Lake Como. There people running the hotel were lovely. The pool fantastic. There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Highly recommend!
The pool view is phenomenal, very relaxing and quiet, area and rooms are super clean and spacious, comfortable bed, delicious fresh breakfast, very kind and professional staff (Maria was exceptionally kind to us as well as the driver Arial!!), the village down is also lovely and a simple ferry port takes you all over the lake wherever you want! We loved our stay <3
Since the hotel is very far up the mountain you will need your car or a rented vehicle otherwise it's a 40-50 minute walk up hill, there is no public transport that reaches the location. Any shops/pharmacy/good restaurants or cafes are far down the village and not close to walk. A nice addition would be umbrellas for shadow at the pool and chairs inside the room.

You feel one with the Italian nature while still surrounded by luxy.
This is by far the best Hotel i have ever visited in Italy, You feel one with nature even inside your room, far from the crowds up in the Italian hills with the amazing view of lake como.
