A pleasant, welcoming and clean hotel

Comfortable bed, clean and neat bedroom. Friendly and welcoming staff. Easy to walk into the village centre and the attractive lakefront.

Beautiful setting, with a balcony with views to Lake Como. Helpful, friendly staff (particularly Ash.) Nice spacious room with great air-conditioning. Free access to chilled filtered water on request was great when it was so hot (35 degrees.)

Quiet, comfortable and short walk to Lake Como

There were so many things to like there. We were welcomed by friendly front desk staff and taken care of the entire time. Our room had a nice little balcony with table and chairs, flower boxes and view to Lake Como. Complimentary waters in the mini fridge each day appreciated. Air conditioning in the room. Very clean hotel with ample space for our length of stay. Wonderful restaurant included that is worth a reservation if you stay here. Elevator available. Parking on site available if you get there before the dinner crowd. (Parking is limited and tight but doable and gets crowded when dinner guests arrive). Lovely breakfast provided. The scenic walk down the hill to the lake and town center only takes about 10 minutes. Coming up, it might take a couple more minutes but it's not as exhausting a walk up as I thought it might be. Very doable.

I liked everything. The only suggestion I would offer is consider adding a blowdryer to the bathroom for us long haired ladies. We appreciated our stay here. It was the perfect place to start our Italia vacation.

Quadruple room with balcony had a sofa bed, so larger room, and nice view. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff and nice food. Good, clean and quiet room with nice bathroom. Up a slight hill to the hotel so a peaceful location. If you need to stay around Como itself then this is a good location although you can't swim in the lake here as the waters are busy. There is a Lido area on the lakefront with a small pool.

Pleasant, but underwhelming for the price

Hotel is very clean and staff were friendly with (overall) good English. Shower is good. Lunch menu was nice. Cernobbio is a cute town and the walk down to the main square and ferry took around 10 minutes.

The room was very small and the view of the lake was minimal - overshadowed by the fact it also overlooks the hotel car park and bins. We booked a quadruple room - there's hardly room to move and the sofa bed is incredibly uncomfortable and bowing in the middle. And despite booking for 3 guests, we had minimal toiletries, only 2 mugs / 2 chairs on the (very small) balcony, etc. Mini bar wasn't stocked. Internal phone system didn't work (I was trying to request an iron as not one in room). Breakfast very basic provided as a small buffet. It was only on our second morning that we were even told that we could place an order for cooked eggs from the kitchen.

I highly recommend having dinner or lunch at La Vignetta on the lovely terrace, and/or staying at the hotel!

Perfect location! An easy 10min walk to Como Lake and the small town, but up a little hill so it was much cooler and quieter than in town. Plus an excellent restaurant with a lovely outdoor covered patio or nice inside option and very good food. And everyone who works at La Vignetta is friendly, helpful and we were fine speaking English. Ash has been especially helpful.

It was a great girls trip in Cernobbio.

The excellent Location and perfect view from room number 33. The food in restaurant is very delicious. The hotel helped us to find a local boat trip agent, who made an offer with a reasonable price. The 3 h boat trip from Cernobbio was a highlight of our trip!

Mooie locatie als tussenstop van Italië huiswaarts naar België of Nederland. Niet ver van de autoweg en met een prachtig zicht op het Como meer (wij hadden een kamer met balkon). Zeer vriendelijke mensen en zeer behulpzaam. Het hotel heeft een parking! (Je komt best niet met een Hummer de straatjes zijn smal, met,mijn Audi lukte het nog net wel 😃) Restaurant heeft een goede wijnkaart en ruime keuze, ook in de open wijnen, de keuken is degelijk.

Las instalaciones del hotel se ven cuidadas, todos los días dejaban botellas de agua, el baño bien equipado y el restaurante me gustó mucho, muy rico toda la comida y la ubicación buena. Estuve en una habitación con balcón a la calle desde donde se veía el lago Como. Todo estuvo muy bien, el personal super amable y la atención excelente. A la salida me alistaron una merienda en un bolso personalizados del hotel, detalles que hacen la diferencia.
