The living room has an ultra-comfortable sofa bed and the bedroom has a queen-size bed. The modern and spacious bathroom offers its guests all the necessary comfort and independence.

Good size apartment for a family traveling with two teens. Location is good and safe and 5min walking distance to many restaurant and 5-10 min to Notre Dame.

My wife and I just returned from ten nights at the flat. The location can’t be beaten in my view. Within walking distance of all the Latin Quarter sights and tons of good dining.Pick a Flat were readily accessible and responsive. Having said that some instructions/directions for things like stove top and oven would have been helpful.Check in and check out were seamless and they were accommodating with regard to an early check in.The layout of the flat was excellent and the TV was great with lots of available content. Our only real complaint was the couch. It is a pullout which often translates to less than ideal comfort. Certainly this couch is not very comfortable. In addition the seat portion was continually slipping forward as if the bed portion was coming out. We had to manhandle it several times a day/evening to push the seat back in place.Having said that, as the title says, the location trumps everything in my view. I would definitely return next time I am in Paris.

This is a very clean flat in a great location. The minimalist decor was pleasant. But bathroom is super tiny. And there was only one drinking glass! I was just one person staying, but the flat is advertised for 4 - that would have been a problem. The coffee machine did not work. And there is absolutely nothing in the kitchen - no salt, sugar, no little bottle of olive oil...It would make a much better impression by adding just a few of these very simple basics.

This location is great, right in the heart of the 5th. The apartment is very comfortable, light and pleasant. The management was very responsive to my questions for operating the appliances. The kitchen is fairly sparsely equipped, so cooking and dining in is probably limited, but if you're going out anyway, it doesn't matter.
