Localização, limpeza e qualidade de lençóis e toalhas.
Possui 45 degraus de escada estreita e íngreme. Acho importante deixar claro no anúncio, pois subir com mala pesada nesse tipo de escada não é uma tarefa fácil pra determinadas pessoas. Máquina de lavar estava com problema e foram corrigir mas não deixaram funcionando. Sugiro incluir no caderno de instruções alguma orientação sobre o uso da máquina. Nunca tinha visto esse modelo. Box do banheiro muito pequeno, e até pra mim que sou pequena e não obesa ficou difícil de se movimentar.

Que el ascensor no llegaba al piso del apartamento y no tenia suficiente iluminacion. Muy ruidoso. Faltaba limpieza en cocina.
