About this apartment rental
This 128 sq mt / 1377 sq ft apartment is located on the 2nd floor, no elevator - 44 steps to climb + 9 inside the apartment, of a three-story building.
After climbing the 9 steps at the entrance you come to a hallway. To the right of the hallway is the living room, with a dining table for 6 people, which gives access to the kitchen with 4 induction burners, a large refrigerator with freezer section, microwave and a dishwasher for 6 place settings.
The living room also leads to the first bedroom (mattress size 180x195cm), which has its own bathroom with shower.
Returning to the hallway you will then find the second bathroom of the house, with a bathtub, and then the last two bedrooms: one with a single bed (mattress measures 90x195cm) and the second double (mattress measures 180x195cm) and there is also a large walk-in closet in between the two rooms.
The windows of this apartment overlook the inner courtyard.
High-speed fiber FTTC Internet connection.
Heating: independent with split.
Air conditioning: 7 splits total: one in each bedroom and two in the living area.
Double glazed windows.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: 300.00 € to be guaranteed upon arrival by credit card.

We rented this apartment as the final leg of our Italy vacation. The location was perfect. You walk out the front door right into the action. The apartment however is completely quiet. There is plenty of space and it is very very clean. I would recommend this rental.

We seriously couldn’t have found a better place to stay. You step out the door and see the Duomo. It’s a straight shot to the train station, you’re right in the heart of a ton of shops and restaurants, everything. We were so sad to leave this home away from home. Checking in and out is a breeze, and the hosts will help with anything you need. They even replaced a coffeemaker for us! :) We’d definitely stay here again!!

The property is right outside the main square with the duomo. We found everything within walking distance and were relieved to find that the property had air-conditioning!

My family of 5 and I stayed at this property for 5 nights. Centrally located, clean, near a local supermarket (we did breakfast on our own), kitchen well suited for short term stays, split air conditioning was perfect (Americans need our air conditioning), comfortable beds, management communication was great - lots of information to make your stay easy.
The washer and dryer was important for us because our trip to Italy was over 2 weeks long and this was in the middle allowing for less clothes/luggage. The only issue is the dryer take a very long time (2 hours for a cycle) and then really does not do a good job. So be prepared to hang clothes to dry (which is fine - if you are prepared for it - there were lots of hangers). They even had laundry pods although we had brough our own.
Overall - highly recommend this location and the management team for their comprehensive "support tools/information" to make your stay comfortable.
