Very nice new furnished apartment - communication is a bit difficult

It is a very nice, clean and well equipped apartment. Everything seems to be very new.

The communication with well key was very complex and exhausting. They have systems with online check-in and payment which are not very straight forward and seem to not work properly. When calling the service center (!) they barely speak English and seem not to communicate with the colleagues at the location. They are also very fast with penalties if you don't adhere to processes.

Démarrage compliqué pq la plateforme ne m’apportait pas les réponses attendues. Les liens qui n’aboutissent pas... Des réponses automatiques rébarbatives. C’est à douter qu’il y ait un vrai service client derrière cette plateforme. Ce séjour a été sauvé par la personne qui nous a accueillis. Ponctuelle, aimable et efficace. Une personne en or !! L’appartement était propre et bien organisé. Entrée et sortie étaient fluides et efficaces.

Les seuls liens qui fonctionnaient, étaient ceux du reglement des 10 euros de frais (non annoncé à la résa) de la caution de 800 euros et l’offre de départ tardif à 50 euros… dommage…

Très bel appartement, juste quelques détails à régler.

Appartement très bien placé, moderne bien agencé, et joli. Très calme, lumineux, et dans une maison typique du Nord.

-L'absence des chaînes gratuites de la TNT sur la tv ( Molotov ne permet pas de regarder de nombreuses chaînes, comme TF1 M6 LCI...). C'est vraiment dommage pour un appartement moderne avec une belle grande télévision. - il manque un petit rideau (voile) ou un store à la fenêtre de la salle de bains, pour l'intimité (vis à vis). On met à chaque fois une serviette de toilette calee dans la fenêtre, pour y remédier, c'est dommage.
