Want to go back to Riomaggiore and stay in Blue Moon for longer

The place is splendid because: firstable, the host, Claudia, was super nice, helpful, prompted to respond our questions all the time (we needed assistance with the door lock and towel dryer), proactive in giving all the information needed to check-in and after; the studio apartment is lovely, beautifully decorated, super clean, all new bathroom fixtures (I particularly love this!) and everything needed, comfy bed, very well-maintained, equipped and thought out with all that one can need on such a stay, even if as short as ours. The patio is a super nice addition to enjoy a glass of wine at night when the town is very quiet. The bed was super comfy and bigger than our expectations (as we thought it was a double, though it seemed much bigger). One of the best things, is the super close location to the train station, because we did not have to deal with very steep walks nor stairs on the way back, as many other stays we saw in town. The proximity to the station was not a nuisance at all! We could not hear anything nor any trains (super modern silent trains anyway), even though my spouse has super sensitive hearing. We just wish we were able to stay longer, but definitely if we are back to Cinque Terre, no question this the place we want to stay again.

I wish we could have met Claudia in person, but unfortunately as we were leaving very early the check-out morning, she was not able to make it.

El apartamento es tal y como se describe en el anuncio. Está a menos de un minuto andando de la estación de tren, por lo que se agradece cuando llegas con maletas y cansados del viaje. Fue muy fácil la comunicación con la anfitriona y tuvimos todo lo necesario para la estancia, incluso agua fresquita, aceite, sal, pasta...etc que había de cortesía. Todo estaba muy limpio, tenía dos aparatos de aire acondicionado, toallas para aseo buenas y una gran terraza para desayunar o cenar muy a gusto. Volveríamos a escoger este apartamento sin duda.

Excellent location, nice apt!

Everything at Bluemoon was great! Location was perfect, 1 min from the train station and 5 min walk into town centre. Claudia, the host met us just outside st on arrival and was very helpful in everyway. The apt kitchen was well equipped and also had an outside table setting. We stayed 4 nts and explored beautiful CinqueTerre. Would recommend Bluemoon as ideal for a couple.

Fantastic service by Claudia - 10/10 stay!

Claudia is a fantastic host - very communicative even though we checked in almost at midnight, helped us with parking, offered more towels and cleaned the house during our stay. Location is also ideal <1 minute walk away from the train station! cant’t be beat!

The lock to the front gate seemed to be broken - so perhaps that could be fixed! But we felt very safe in the city and property. Thank you Claudia for the excellent time!

A wonderful place to stay in Riomaggiore.

This well appointed apartment is on the quiet side of Riomaggiore, but still close to all facilities (restaurants, shops etc) Great walks around tge village are accessible, but not for those with impaired mobility due to steps up to apartment. Claudia was helpful and checked in by text during our stay, though we didnkt meet her. Kitchen only lacked a grater otherwise very well equipped. Generous supplies of breakfast foods and snacks included.

The step access limits those who can use the place, otherwise highly recommended to everyone to book this place.

Location, owners comfy bed and lots of extras left for us in terms of toiletries and snacks. Very thoughtful.

Couldn’t cook as there were insufficient kitchen items and could use the tv due to old batteries in the remote and then and aerial problem. Also nowhere comfy to sit.

Excellent stay at Claudias Blue Moon

Location near train station. But very quiet. Decent size for two people. Well equipped. Decorated tastefully. Excellent advice and communication from owner Claudia. All the extras like a good hotel. Had a key problem, but this was sorted quickly. Cleaned to a high standard and decent size bed, slightly soft mattress.

it was a good place to stay

Although i didn't use the kitchen appliances, the room was very well equipped. The bathroom was perfect. The way they welcomed me with wine and the comfort of the room were fantastic. However, i was freezed since the airconditioner was not working properly. It was really freezing!

Best place to stay in Cinque terre

We loved everything about the apartment. It's very thoughtful things which were provided. Because little things like cooking oil, Salt, Pepper etc. aren't provided by any places but those are necessary if there is a kitchen. We enjoyed cooking with local pesto sauce. Thank you Claudia 🙏

Amazing stay at a great location

The apartment was located close to the train station. So if you are a light sleeper, ear plugs might be useful. The apartment is in a quiet area. The city center is only 2 minutes walking distance, with a food store to your disposal. We think Riomaggiore is the ideal location to stay in when you want to visit Cinque Terre. Good equipped kitchen (with some welcome gifts!), great airconditioning, lovely terrace. The apartment feels more spacious than you would expect from the photos. The host, Claudia, is also easy to reach and helps with every question you might have. We would definitely recommend to stay here!

Overall, the location is excellent. It is very close to the Riomaggiore train station. We had a little incident but Claudia was able to resolve it to our satisfaction. We would stay at this location again.

Since I am a visitor to the area, I had to "borrow" wifi from the local restaurant in order to communicate with the host and find out the lock box code. If this were sent the night before, it would have made this easier.

Located just a few meters from the train station, it is highly accessible. It has a nice terrace, very clean rooms and toilet, air conditioning and a functional kitchen - perfect for people looking for a relaxing stay in Cinque Terre. Claudia is a great host and very attentive and helpful to any concerns. And like most people in this part of Italy, they welcomed me and my dog warmly.

Nothing really — we had a wonderful stay. Perhaps the Wi-Fi strength could be improved but it seems to be a general issue in the area.
