The location of the apartments was excellent. Very close to town centre and family we were visiting. Excellent to have easy parking available. Beautifully renovated building. Staff were very quick to respond to questions and queries we had.
The Towels, bedding and bath mat really need to be updated. The towels were awful we couldn’t use them and borrowed from family and bought some. We couldn’t close the blinds as the pole and hooks on them were broken.
More instructions to work TV would be useful. Better lighting upstairs and another bedside lamp are needed. Also a mirror for drying hair would be useful as only mirror is in the bathroom.
Small details but would really elevate and make a difference to a stay.

Very stylish and very cosy simple self check in.

Sympathetic conversion/restoration with original features left. My kind of place.
Good location and great to park right outside.
Was lovely and warm on arrival after a cold, dark journey.
Bit lacking in the kitchen department. A great space with good appliances but not enough crockery even just for two people. Same with the cutlery. Two knives, three forks and two spoons. Frying pan bowed under slight heat and span around on the ceramic hob. No dishes or oven ware to cook in. No point having a great fridge freezer space if you can't cook what you have filled it with.
Beautiful big sash windows with roller blinds but the blinds were all the way up and the pull cords missing/broken. Could really do with automatic blinds? Also could not open the windows so no ventilation.
Similar with roof window in bedroom space- no way to open the blind or the window. Did find a flimsy telescopic thing but that was useless.
Could do with a mirror in the bedroom so the hairdryer can used.
These are merely my thoughts, I will stay here again but I will go prepared next time.

Beautiful lay out. Cozy and comfortable. East walk into town and parking on the property.
Would stay there again for sure.
Entry instructions were slightly confusing. You need to push the bell button before entering the code. No great issue but was raining when we arrived.

It was clean and reasonably comfortable.
Feedback
The email giving the entrance door code was not sufficient and I had to phone the emergency number. A note in the welcoming email giving instructions, plus how to exit building would have saved a lot of grief. I couldn’t get the TV to work properly, they said they’d send someone round the next day. I don’t know if anyone came, but I did finally manage to get the remote to work to a degree! Although I could only watch ITVx as that didn’t require log in details. Also I didn’t notice until the next morning when all my groceries were warm, that the fridge hadn’t been switched on for my stay! Im glad I didn’t need to hang my clothes up as there were only two very flimsy plastic hangers. On the plus side someone did answer the phone/voicemail when I called.

A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful.

Hi there, overall I’d say the trip was pretty good, just some constructive feedback, a few minor things that would make the elevate the overall trip so much better, on arrival there really should be a small sign showing your entrance to make you easier to find.
In the room, the drinks welcome pack was very much appreciated, The Cutlery draw had only 3 of each item, wouldn’t hurt to have a few more items, just in case a family member was to come for tea/coffee and some extra bin bags would be helpful, these are pretty minor issues to be fair.
This leads me to the only major concern I had, THE BED, it was really really very wobbly on all the legs, now I’m a big guy at over 6ft tall and each time I had to be careful when getting on and off the bed, for fear of it collapsing(it didn’t btw) After some dialogue with the property owner I gratefully accepted their offer of someone coming to look at the bed unfortunately nobody came. We did persevere and overall it was a lovely stay at the apartment in my opinion.

Modern stylish comfortable.
Limited toilet roll and no toiletries, Shower is terrible, no pressure and goes hot and cold constantly, it’s the only fault I have with these apartments- stayed quite a few times now.
Great place to stay other than that.

Clean and well prepared with some essentials provided that I didn’t expect. Nice touch.
Very little. Instructions for TV would be useful, and perhaps a shower curtain or screen to avoid getting the floor wet. Otherwise it was great!
Oh, there was an officious man who came out who questioned me when I was taking a few pics of the building as I was leaving saying that they had confidential documents in the office and I shouldn’t be taking pictures. I’m not sure what magic lenses I could have on my camera that can go through walls and windows with a resolution that could read documents in the building! Annoying and unnecessary. Tourists staying at the place will likely want a few pics of the lovely building to retain as memory joggers so if this is not allowed, then this needs communicating upfront to guests.

modern, clean with everything you need for a weekend stay. good location, close to city centre, quiet and good access to Wi-Fi. helpful information pack, giving some useful tips for places to eat and what was close by.
there was a bit of a funny smell in the bathroom but not major and view still looked like building work was ongoing.
