The kitchenette facilities, the tv system, the space, the location, carpark. cleanliness of the apartment

The property was beautiful, accessible, free parking and close to the city.
The pipes are overly noisy when sleeping. These can be adjusted to make them less noisy.

The apartment itself was unique and charming .
It had not been cleaned professionally. It was like left from previous guests. Crumbs all the way up the stairs and into bedroom area . Sheets were not changed , chocolate marks on sheets . Toilet, did even bother to clean. Kitchen area , dirty and crumbs across counter. Cuttlery and plates needed cleaning before use. Food left in cupboard. Gold discs everywhere on ground floor , off a Christmas that was in cupboard. Very dusty in all areas .I had to clean everywhere before partner arrived. They brought clean sheets to use. Very disappointing considering cost and over News Years. Spoke to representative, they said would look into it, but then never messaged back. I would not have put a negative review if replied with reasonable explanation .
