Too nice for Sunderland

Brilliant apartment and great location, staff were easy to contact and quick to help

The boiler had a couple of moments where it played up and needed reset, besides that it was brilliant

Has potential as a great location.

Location to the stadium Of light and the fabulous restaurant wild fire

Some dishes and bed linen were not washed. No hot water for the first 24hrs.

Place has great potential but needs sorting!!!! It is uncomfortable and cold with bad shower as is.

keys not where specified on arrival, place not clean, Severe draft and heat loss through a very badly pointed outside wall when this was exposed to wind, windy for most of our trip, Heating on for 24 hours on max only brought temp up to 19.5-20.00 degrees, I could pass a knife with handle into some of the gaps to 3/4 length of knife. Shower only warm if at very low flow, only one bedside table and lamp, bedside light very dim, bed small double, several old screws projecting from wall in main living area for about 2 cm plus with sharp edges-injury risk to children, poor cleaning-dirty oven oven trays and toilet and toothbrush mug etc I did not expect to have to bring my own washing up liquid and washing up cloth, the crockery and cutlery provided are inadequate 3 plates and mugs, 1 cereal bowl and a couple of small plates. Broken pull on one shutter so shutting the blinds to keep the heat in was tricky. I could fill a couple more pages with issues of a minor kind.......

very good but easily rectified tweaks let you down

we booked 4 apartments they were great very modern but with original features and quirky. loved it

The floor outside the shower gets very wet - bath mat needed to soak up the water or in the future you will have water dripping through the floor to the room below. There was no mirror near a socket for guests to dry their hair where they could see to dry it as wanted. We all had to use the camera facing us facility on our phones which wasn't ideal especially when we were going to a wedding & needed our hair to be more stylishly dried than normal. Also I advised yourselves of missing crockery where there was only 1 cereal bowl & no oven gloves but these items were not supplied even after being requested. My assumption is that the kitchen items are not checked when the apartments are prepared for the next guests. Not great if guests cant have a meal together if we both wanted cereal together, we couldn't & we did use the oven so it was difficult to get the trays out. Some future guest might burn themselves & I'm sure you don't want to be liable for that.
