Leuke moderne inrichting, voorzien van vele gemakken. Mooi centraal in Sunderland.
De slaapbank was verschrikkelijk en ook het kleine tweepersoonsbed was verschrikkelijk. De matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe. Verder ergerde ik me aan een aantal gebreken die hersteld moeten worden (afzuiging in badkamer, deurtje van het vriesvakje, kapot stoelpootje). Ontbreken van kapstok en kledinghaakjes in badkamer en slaapkamer.

The apartment had everything we needed for a staycation and the location was fantastic. The owners were very helpful when we couldn't find a tv remote and when the car park was full.
The bed wasn't very comfortable and the rubbish bin at the back of the apartment was overflowing, covering the ground with rubbish. We let the owners know, but they had no response.

Nice, warm, super well-equipped, comfortable apartment close to everything, modern, I really liked it.
The only thing I was disappointed with was the mattress. The apartment is perfect, but the old, very soft mattress had a hole where I lay, which caused me body aches. I had to put a pillow and a comforter underneath to be able to sleep a little more comfortably.

Good location and has everything you need to cook meals at the property, felt somewhat of a home away from home. Shower is fantastic but super sensitive though.
Hosts were late in responding and the bed is not comfy at all! It seems they have given up on investing in the property as the mattress is super thin and is in desperate need of a new one.
