Please adhere to the no smoking and no pet policy set forth by the owner.
BEACH GEAR INCLUDED: Peace Vacations has partnered with VayK Gear to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $35 a day. You may use this credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more - the choice is yours!

AVAILABLE SERVICES: Every guest has the opportunity to rent beach chairs beach umbrellas bicycles and kayaks. We can also arrange for grocery delivery and in-home chef services. SAFETY AND SECURITY: For the safety and security of our guests and property, This home is equipped with three exterior security cameras. One camera is located at the front by the front door, facing the driveway, the second camera is positioned at the rear of the property by the back door monitoring the backyard, the third camera is above the garage. These cameras are solely for security purposes and do not capture any interior spaces.
COMMUNITY: DeBordieu Colony is a very private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island South Carolina on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf tennis, and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Rentals guests. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Low Country Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week and you may decide to stay forever.
MAXIMUM VEHICLES: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 2 and 1 golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. Be cautious and courteous, yielding to pedestrians, bikers, golfers, skaters, and wildlife. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM.
RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.
CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Sports Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis and a champion Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees, like green fees. Accommodations and location to beach and pool excellent. One in the party had some difficulty with so many steps to unit from the parking area. Exit on the ocean side was a good adjustment. All had a grand time.

Once again, we all enjoyed our stay in this condo over this past week. We have been very pleased to share three condos on the same week in close proximity to each other and the ocean. We look forward to many more years there.

Peace Vacations was excellent and easy to work with. They have thought of and covered every need in advance in a thoughtful and thorough manner.
Our only issue was the AC in the “bunk bedroom “ didn't cool down as well as the rest of the villa.

We kept getting locked out of the unit because the codes were not working do we had to keep the unit unlocked when we left. The Heat stopped working after the first day but was fixed 2 days later. George was Great and brought us some portable heaters which really helped but was an inconvenience.
