MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 2 and 1 golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community.
CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Social Membership which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club and dining. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200. The townhouse was beautiful and an excellent location. Everything was ready for our arrival with plenty of towels and starter products. We had a wonderful week

Location great, beach great. Space in the home was wonderful. Definitely needs clean carpets and some updating. Wall paper falling down in areas, stains on carpet and furniture. Kitchen was dirty - drippings on cabinets etc. There were no measuring spoons at all and only 5 forks. Only a 4 cup coffee maker for that size house. We ended up buying a large coffee maker and leaving it as a gift for the next visitors. The treadmill didn't work. Could benefit from a second fridge in the lower level. We did have a wonderful week with our family.

We were here for a wedding weekend. This place was perfect for our family of adult kids. The location was perfect for beach club and beach access. The condo is spacious, clean and comfortable. The only thing it was lacking was a full size coffee pot. The 2
Cup coffee pot isn't sufficient for most people!
Renting bikes and beach chairs was super easy and a great service that they offer.
We've never been to South Carolina and can't wait to come back!

Peace Vacations was great! Loved booking through them. Ocean Escape needs much updating, and is not really kid friendly. Staying in north beach villas was not exactly great either. Security will indeed target you since you are renter and not an owner. We were given a parking ticket for parking in the grass, in a row of 12 cars and a boat. We were the only ones ticketed. Come to find out we were the only renters. No signage to not park in the grass and in no rule books. You will not be made to feel welcome by the other folks in the area. The A/C quit working in the house, but peace vacations came to the rescue. Another part of the house needing updates. Many door knobs would get stuck. Wall paper falling off. Pool in the neighborhood is nice and the location to the beach and pool is fantastic. Peace vacations is fantastic. Will use them again, but not for this house.
