Lovely oceanfront condo that is beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen with new appliances. Very clean and easy walk to the beach. Bedrooms are nice with good mattresses.
The wooden walkway to the beach needed repair. I called rental company but did not get a follow up call. The walkway was broken when we left.

The renting process is very easy, this house had everything you needed plus some hotel amenities, like soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron and ironing board. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the decor and being ocean front. Loved it close to lots of things to do. Georgetown, pawleys island, murrells inlet. Easy driving.

The location is fantastic. Can't beat the ocean views along with access to a pool steps from your unit. Rooms were spacious. We had 3 kids with us ranging from 6 yrs old to 9 months. A couple. Frustrating points to the the trip was the elevator was getting worked on when we arrived so we couldn't use it at the most critical time, unloading luggage. The master baths wasn't usable as the shower door wouldn't slide and ultimately shattered. Peace was very responsive in trying to get it fixed however due to our length of stay, it was t fixed in time so we couldn't use it. Also the fan in the sun room wasnt working
