DETAILS: This charming second row 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home has a lot of character and easy beach access. Enjoy ocean views from the second floor deck. Each spacious room is designed with beauty and comfort in mind for a satisfying visit to Debordieu. This home has a living room, dining room, den, wood burning fireplace, TVs, DVD, stereo, internet, and the elevator goes from ground floor to first floor only. It also includes a book library, garage, gas grill, and outside shower. Main floor has two bedrooms. Second floor has 2 bedrooms. The fifth bedroom is downstairs through the garage with half bath only. No smoking/no pets. Please note: The elevator is for luggage and groceries only!

Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year round climate. CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Tennis Membership which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, and tennis. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day plus a $20 activation fee. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees. MAXIMUM VEHICLES: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 5. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.

Loved the house and location and easy access to the beach. The ants were bad (hundreds of them) the whole week though. We were very careful keeping food in the fridge or a closed cooler and cleaning up crumbs and they were still bad coming out of many different cracks in the kitchen and an upstairs bathroom. We bought ant traps and spray and had to spray often. If the ant situation gets better we will rent this house again.

Classic beach house with knotty pine walls throughout and oak floors. The porches were numerous and wonderful. The master suite was very comfortable and spacious. Family treasures abound throughout the house. Very easy to cross the lawn to the beach access and be at the beach within 120 feet. The kitchen was well equipped and fun to prepare meals. The dining table on the screen porch was a favorite.

We enjoyed our Stay at East Breezy. The house has a nice layout and a great location. The upper roof deck is great for watching sunsets. The kitchen was well appointed. Only disappointment was not really understanding the 5th bedroom in basement as it pertained to way it was advertised. It was dusty, had cobwebs and smelled of gasoline, so the guests that were staying there ended up sleeping on an air mattress instead of that room. Other than that, if you need a house with 4 nice bedrooms and a wonderful layout, it a great one!

Nice cozy home with a well stocked kitchen. Bedding was very nice and bath towels were fluffy. Plenty of patio and deck space. Beach access is a very short walk out the back door.
I specifically asked beforehand if an iron and ironing board was provided, and there wasn't. We flew in for a black tie wedding and not having a way to press our attire was problematic. If would have been nice to have a working elevator so we didn't have to carry suitcases, groceries, etc up and down wet, slippery stairs in the rain. Also, lighting is needed on the stairs and the driveway.
