The open kitchen and den create a welcoming gathering spot, while the large front porch is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Just steps from the beach walkway across the street, this home offers unbeatable access to the sand and surf. While the home has a more traditional feel, its charm and location make it an ideal retreat for a laid-back beach getaway. Pets are welcome, allowing 1 dog up to 40 lbs. There is a $350 pet fee.

RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.

We had several issues with our rental house but Peace was quick to help us out and very lovely on all of the calls we had together.

This was our third stay in DeBordieu Colony, and once again, it did not disappoint. We absolutely love the peaceful setting, the abundance of wildlife, and the opportunity to truly unwind outdoors—it’s such a special place.Berry Restful is ideally located—about as close to the beach as you can get without being directly oceanfront. The easy access made daily trips to the shore effortless, which was a huge plus for our group.The home itself was clean and welcoming, with comfortable rooms that made it easy to settle in and relax. While the property has a more classic, lived-in feel, we found that it added to the charm and did not take away from our experience in the slightest.One of the standout features is that the property is dog-friendly. We do not have dogs but see this feature being a bonus for many.Overall, Berry Restful provided everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway in a beautiful, nature-filled community. We would absolutely consider staying here again.
