About this house rental
This WONDERFUL home located in the private gated community of DeBordieu is just steps to the beach. Come experience South Carolina low country living at one of the most EXCLUSIVE communities on the South Carolina coast. This oceanside community features award winning golf, tennis, dining, multiple pools, playground, fishing areas, nature trails and much more. Located in the Ocean Park Loop Area of DeBordieu, this home offers wonderful views from the porches and bedrooms. With four bedrooms and three baths - this rental is perfect for two families to enjoy a GREAT summer vacation. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV in both sitting areas, wifi, washer/dryer, covered porch and outside hot/cold shower. The first floor features one bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom. Second floor has two additional bedrooms. King master with private bath and 3rd bedroom with two twins bed and full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a located on the third floor with high ceiling and wonderful view with a NEW double/twin bunk.

DeBordieu community clubhouse offers dining, tennis, fitness center, pool access and activities. There is a $200 per day charge for use of any of these amenities. The $200 per day fee is collected and arranged directly with the DeBordieu Club after your reservation has been confirmed. Rental Agent is not responsible for any club accounts or club arrangements. This home features a Social Membership.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving together at Legasea. The home was a good fit for the 4 generations ages 2-91. We enjoyed everything from turkey to walks on the beach and had everything we needed from the beginning of our stay till the end. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

We had a nice stay, overall, in this spacious and well-located rental in DeBordieu. Communication with the rental agency staff was easy and seamless. Unfortunately, the refrigerator in the house stopped working a couple of days into our stay. The rental company was quick to have an appliance rental company deliver one until a new refrigerator was delivered and installed the next day. We ended up having to throw some food items away, but salvaged the majority of our food. The rental refrigerator was located in the garage, also, so it was slightly inconvenient for us. However, Tidelife acted quickly to ensure the new refrigerator arrived the next morning. The ice maker never worked before we left, so we had to buy ice. There were tiny ants in a few places in the kitchen, but we sprayed (spray was included under the kitchen sink) for those ourselves. I reported the ants upon check-out, as I wanted Tidelife to hopefully take care of the situation before the next renters arrived later in the day. I also reported that the ice maker was still not working. Besides those issues/inconveniences, and the pretty dated decor and condition of some rooms, it was a nice property. The living area is huge and the tv room/den was nice. The porch was a huge plus, also.

Spacious house. good location to beach, but they have now blocked the golf cart trail to non-residents of that area so you have to walk. The mattresses are seriously cheap and incredibly soft. The comforters are stained. There is visible water damage inside the home. The shingles are falling off the outside where there is also visible water damage on the porch. The kitchen needs updating. The stove is so old it’s about to come back in style. The range is on the island and felt dangerous around small kids. No chance I rent here again. 100% chance we go back to debordieu. And we like renting from Tidelife and will use them again.
