Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths and a delightful year round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second home owners. MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 5. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.
CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Sports membership, In order to access the benefits of this membership, it is necessary to purchase a temporary club membership. The temporary club membership can be obtained at a cost of $200 per day, plus a $20 activation fee. Enjoyed our stay very much! Home had great spaces. Good location. Decor very dated. Issues: Fireplace not working. Overhead garage door not working. Home badly needs a deep cleaning.

Nice location and rooms in the house. Need a few more Tupperware containers and pearing knives. Knives were a little dull. The staff responded nicely to cleaning the porch and fixing the minor items.

Great house lots of room. Porch needs cleaned of spring pollen. Downstairs has many mesquite's. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

There were roaches climbing the walls and spiders. There were holes in the ceiling where light was hanging. Kitchen needs a through cleaning !
