About this house rental
This completely remodeled house on a large corner lot has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.
The upper level has a living room with a wet bar, large TV and access to a screened porch. There is a large dining room, 1/2 bath and brand new kitchen with a cozy sitting room and access to the back deck. The laundry room has a washer and dryer and an additional refrigerator. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are a king with a 55" TV and 2 extra-long doubles that share a jack and jill bathroom. The third bedroom with 2 extra-long twins has access to the hall bathroom. Both baths have a tub and shower combination.
The downstairs has a large entry, 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom with a step in shower. One bedroom has a king size bedroom and a bunk bed that has a twin on top and a double on the bottom. The other bedroom is a studio bedroom with a queen bed, sink, small refrigerator, microwave and a sitting area with a 55" TV.
All bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen have TVs.
Beds are made and towels are included but must be picked up at office upon check-in.
Additional amenities include a two-car garage with a propane gas grill and electric golf cart.
Fireplaces CAN NOT be used.
This house is Pet Friendly with a $300 fee. (Dogs Only)

We loved the house. We were in town to work an event and the house was perfect for our group to have enough space and to relax during downtime. Walking to the beach was great!

We had a great stay! Plenty of beds for everyone and the golf cart was a hit with teenagers. We had lots of areas the teens could hang out without us adults under foot.

House was amazing!! Beds were soo comfortable. The various sitting/living rooms gave everyone their own space to have fun. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Screened porch was breezy but could use new chairs. Grill and golf cart was so helpful and the nearby beach was beautiful.
