This gorgeous 3-bed flat is conveniently located near major sights, such as Glasgow Science Centre, and it overlooks the Hydro. Ibrox underground station is a 10-minute walk. The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a vibrant living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cosy balcony. Free parking.

The living room has a minimalist design, accented with teal colours and grand glass doors, which allow plenty of natural light to flood in. Once you enter the room, you might want to drop your bags and relax on one of the two sofas for a well-deserved break after a long day travelling. There is also a smart TV to keep you entertained and a convenient side table.



The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a Nespresso machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, element hob, cooking basics, and silverware. You will also find a breakfast corner in the kitchen, where you can enjoy a light snack.



Gather everyone around the spacious dining table, where a group of 6 has plenty of room to enjoy a home-cooked meal together.



BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:



The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and mirrored wardrobe. The second bedroom offers two single beds and a fitted wardrobe, and the third bedroom is complete with a bunk bed and a full-length mirror.



The first bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and an over-bath shower, and the en-suite bathroom, connected to the master bedroom through the wardrobe door, is equipped with a shower.



OUTDOOR AREA:

The sliding doors in the living room lead to a charming balcony with outdoor furniture where you can celebrate the Scottish sun with a cocktail in your hands and good company!
