Comfortable and spacious, even for an extended stay. Excellent location for centre and west end.

Great location between Glasgow centre and the University and museums. A lovely building in a quiet crescent with little passing traffic. Secure parking at the rear.

Basically everything was fine. There were some details that could have been better like more matching mugs and a full set of cutlery. But it was warm and cozy, even in winter, and very comfortable overall for our stay over several week. Would recommend.

Lovely quiet property in excellent location.

Excellent hosts, met at property and helped with luggage which was very much appreciated. Spacious property, great location close to Glasgow city centre and West End.

Bed in 3rd bedroom not the most comfortable. 50 stairs up to the accommodation means it wouldn't be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Kitchen smoke alarm kept going off if you made toast! Kitchen shape makes it almost impossible to cook anything and if uou do manage, the alarm goes off!! Bathroom towel rail was on full blast! It was like a sauna. Unable to turn it off.

Photos were deceiving. Didn’t realise photos were of a number of different properties in the building so was a bit disappointed on arrival. But Overall satisfactory.

We expected a luxury apartment as advertised. Spefically booked it for my friends who travelled from far to attend my wedding. However, when we arrived the kitchen was still dirty and we had to clean the counters. Dishes were still in the dishwasher and there were crumbs on the floor and on the counter The promised starter pack of toiletries and coffee and tea was nowhere in sight and after a phone call we received some soap. . Never a sign of the coffee or tea. The walls had loads of dirty patches as well as the couches. The fan in the bathroom was also not working and the kettle was broken and had to be replaced. If you advertise a place as luxury you should at least clean the place and have a check that all is working before the guests check in. I am really dissappointed. Fortunately the setting was great and we could enjoy the West End and Glasgow.

Logement typique dans un quartier paisible et plutôt huppé. Appartement vaste, haut de plafond, sentiment d'espace, lumineux. Petite cuisine mais très bien équipée. Immeuble très calme. Écureuils sous les fenêtres: ça on adore!

La literie a besoin d'être rénovée, elle est très inconfortable. La chasse d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionne pas normalement ce qui n'émeut pas les propriétaires à qui nous l'avions signalé, il y a en effet un "truc" pour qu'elle fonctionne mais vu le prix du logement c'est dérangeant... En synthèse, on note un certain manque d'entretien de fond (il manque un spot dans la salle de bain, le rideau de la chambre est abîmé...) ce genre de détails qui nuisent au confort et d'autant plus à ce prix.
