Kitchen facilities were all good and the nice layout of the food prep and cooking area was complimented by the quality of the appliances. The outlook across the motorway and beyond was atmospheric and give the urban setting real atmosphere. Traffic noise not intrusive.
It’s a comfortable, quality place to base your visit to the central area of Glasgow, with a handy mini Tesco next door. safe and secure. Ideal!

The actual property was attractive in terms of design. The whole place was just a bit tired and needed some work. However, the way Tehmeena dealt with our problem put my faith back in customer care. She was fantastic and instrumental in us being able to make the best of our stay. I can’t speak highly enough about her. She resolved the problem very professionally with wonderful customer service skills. You have a fantastic member of staff there! I have been in similar situations in the past where the response has been unhelpful , non existent, or a battle to resolve the matter to my satisfaction. Thanks so much Tehmeena!
Location wasn’t great - bit dirty outside and very noisy with windows open. Property was just a bit tired. Smoke smell on arrival. Floors a little bit dirty and blood on bottom of toilet. Very limited kitchen utensils, crockery etc. Parking was fine as weekend but my husband had to get up and leave by 8am to avoid charges - whilst I tidied up and checked out.
