kitchen facilities were okay fine for a short stay. good location for getting around the city.
on opening the door on arrival we were greeted with a very large stain on the carpet, this made us inspect the carpets and found several stains on the floor and chair. The windows were dirty, there was a general lack of maintenance around the apartment, handle missing on the wardrobe, cracked floor tiles in the ensuite bathroom, cracked plant pot on the bedroom windowsill, grouting in the ensuite shower needed replaced, door handles in the sitting room were loose and a screw in the door frame on the floor. we had difficulty getting out of the apartment on the day we were leaving due to a worn lock and handle, this could be a real safety issue if there was a fire.

The location is great for the OVO hydro. The photos aren't reflective but it does show what it could look like, there is so much potential here! The host was very friendly and the communication was good. Unfortunately the issues present were not quick fixes that we could have got assistance for. The bedding, towels and bathrooms were clean.
Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was disappointing. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was the strong smell of smoke, which lingered throughout our stay and it made us feel sick. We tried to spray deodorant to help but it was so strong, I assume people have been smoking in the apartment for a while. The apartment itself was very run down — several floor tiles were cracked or broken, and the overall condition of the interior was poor. Cabinet fronts were noticeably worn and chipped, giving the kitchen a neglected appearance. The bathroom was no better; the shower was discoloured and a photo frame was still displayed despite being smashed. Carpets had lots of stains which made it feel uncomfortable to take our shoes off. Overall, the place did not meet expectations and was in need of significant maintenance and refurbishment. Would not recommend until improvements are made. We actually left before staying for the second night as the smoke smell was too intense and we wanted to get home.

Noise is awful. No possibility for sleep due to motorway outside and very poor glazing. Pity, as a couple of grand spent would make it first class. Have you never heard of secondary double glazing ?
Note, parking nearby is limited to 3 hours max at around £4 per hour 8am-6pm

Traffic noise was horrendous. Triple glazing would have helped. Hard to sleep.

The host and coordination was top notch. Messages were very promptly dealt with and they did not even hesitate to call. Instructions were very clear and there was always an offer to help. The property is located very close to the centre - so walking distance to many places, which was great.
View of the Mitchell library from the room was amazing!
- Parking was incorrectly recorded on the website. It said £0.70 for the hour, but actual rates were £3.20 per hour.
- The garbage room in the building was not well maintained, and was really stinking all through the 3 days.
- Apartment needs quite a bit of TLC (broken tiles in toilet, heavily creaking floor, missing mirrors in toilet, kitchen cabinets etc.)
- The apartment missed a dining table. To be fair, it wasn't mentioned on the description on the website, but who would rent a 2 bedroom apartment without a dining table?

the apartment was only a 5-10 minute walk from restaurants and George’s square where the 1st stop was for the hop on, hop off buses. the unit was clean and comfortable. Good kitchen facilities.

Great location for exploring the city. The cooking facilities were good for breakfast and evening meals. Tescos Metro downstairs on the street is convenient. The key holder was friendly and professional and was there to greet us. The flat was warm and cosy.
One bedroom was a bit noisy. A broken vent in the window may have been the reason. This was reported back to the host to get fixed. It was fine if noise doesn’t disturb your sleep.

The smoke alarms went off whilst making toast, the bed was lumpy, a fuse blew on the extractor fan making a number of Power sockets unusable.

The apartment looks good in the photos but what they don’t show, and what the description fails to reveal is that the flat faces the motorway 50 feet away.
Despite having the windows tight shut it was so noisy at night that none of us could sleep. The underpass forms a sort of amplifying echo chamber and the lorries, motorbikes and cars that thunder past 24 hours a day make an absolute racket as they pass. As a consequence we stayed only one sleepless night, cut our losses for the extra nights we had already paid for and left.

Sengene var smalle men rene.
Vær opmærksom på at lejligheden lå lige ud til motorvejen. Hvis døre og vinduer var åbne kunne man ikke snakke sammen. Vinduerne var ikke lydisoleret så der var hele tiden trafikstøj.
Lejligheden var lidt ' et sminket lig' forstået på den måde, at man kunne være der, men klinker var knækkede, sofaens ben skulle lige sættes under sofaen inden du satte dig, døren til motorvejen var meget svær at få lukket, ovn, køleskab, køkken osv var ikke rengjorte. Alle låger hang, så åbnede du køleskabet åbnede du samtidig fryseren neden under.
Men den ligger tæt på byen.
2 vinglas, 1 ølglas og 4 alm glas. Køkkenet var ikke rent og vi vaskede op i hånden for filteret i opvaskemaskinen var fyldt med skidt.
Generelt en slidt/ nusset lejlighed.
