Overall decent value given the price. Fairly central location, free parking included for 1 car which was the main reason why I picked this apartment and I don't regret the overall experience given the price. You need to supply your car registration so that they can register you on the city parking system. Very friendly and responsive hosts (or management company). Flat was clean, area was quiet, radiators with thermostats, a coffee machine and 4 capsules provided on arrival.
While clean, certain parts of the apartment are fairly old - the floors and the fridge for example. The bed is particularly small and mattress is fairly soft, especially at the sides. Not that big a deal but two people sleeping inevitably will wake each other up when turning. I have read the previous comments about the small bed and was aware of it. Still picked this apartment as the value is otherwise good.

We loved the communicato’, location and free parking
The bed was uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well as a result and we are good sleepers! A new bed is a must for the property and doesn’t cost a lot of money to replace but would make the guest experience much much better. Also the bedroom and kitchen units are very worn/wobbly. The fridge and freezer also have broken bits. The light in the bathroom didn’t work so we switched the bulbs between the hall and the bathroom to get light. The bulb then flickered in the hallway. Also there was a poor amount of cutlery, bowls and glasses.

It was a very comfortable apartment in a good location. Great TV. Nice Nespresso coffee machine though for 3 days the hosts might have provided a few more capsules.
The bed. It sank in the middle and the worn springs made it pretty uncomfortable. We stayed for three nights and all that was supplied was the tiniest bottle of shower gel which didn’t last a day for two people. Kitchen could use a tea towel and a mat inside the door to wipe feet on would be good. The one outside was worn, wet and covered in moss.

"It was just as described. Cosy. Also peaceful and quiet. A 5 minute walk gets you onto Argyle Street. Either out the front way or out the back way.
