We could not have been treated any better, there was a issue with a boiler (nobody’s fault) and we were moved / upgraded apartments pretty quick.

Basic but clean, on arrival meet with undesirable individual sleeping at back door, he left and returned several times in the 1st 24hrs. Called emergency number who advised they would resolve issue and call back. No call back received but individual did not return so can only assume he wasoved along. Used tram stop and daily ticket great value. TV only works with a streaming account, Internet connection very poor. Not sure I would book again to be honest, but good value for what you get.
