    Hotel was very clean, room was nice and made good use of the space, did not feel too cramped. Service was good too, i felt so tired after my hiking trip and was pleasantly greeted by good service during check in and my luggages from luggage transfer were already placed in my room. Good amenities too.

    Very strategically located hotel with convenient marts and eateries around it. 2 min walk from Tokyo Station exit 21 or 22. It has everything to serve your basic needs. We have simple breakfast at the hotel for 8 days - menu never changes. The breakfast location is some work stations which is used for meals in the morning and used as work stations thereafter. I tried contacting the hotel to make some requests a month before arrival but they will never reply, not even through Agoda. I gave up contacting them after 2 weeks. We experienced earthquakes in one of the nights and couldn’t use both emergency staircases. Not sure how to escape during emergency.
