Great location on ginza. Large rooms with lot of space, comfortable beds and very helpful and nice hotel crew.
The amenities in the afternoon are bice Nd the coffee over there was great also although it is an automatic machine

The location of the hotel is really good. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. Most of the time, we stay away from central Tokyo, but we decided to try it this time round. We can see why it's so convenient to stay near Tokyo station. It's really easy to travel from either Haneda or Narita Airport. Saved alot of time.
The pillow. It seems like it's a common thing in Japan hotel that the pillow is so flat. That's why they gave two. But other than that, nothing to complain about.

Every aspect of the Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi exceeded my expectations. The staff were helpful and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Tokyo Station and the Kyobashi station entrance for easy acces to areas of Tokyo and beyond. The buffet breakfast was excellent, one of the best we've had in Japan. Our friends stayed in another Mitsui Garden Hotel in Tokyo and were also very pleased.
