    We stayed at this property from Aug 1-6 in the family room. Room is clean and there are many restaurants nearby that opens till late as well. We want to especially thank the staff at the hotel because when we checked out on the last day, we forgot to remove the items from the safe but we were already on the way to airport when we realized the issue. I immediately called the hotel and the receptionist staff was very helpful and tried to check the room safe to find the items for us. We were just going to see if they can help mail back the items to our home country, instead when I called back again they said their manager is already in a taxi on the way to deliver the items to us at the airport. Special thanks to the helpful receptionist and the hotel manager Shibazaki san for personally rushing the items for us at the airport, we got everything and boarded the plane on time. Their help is beyond our expectation and really appreciate their hospitality.

    We stay for 6 nights, the staff are very kind. One of the security (the old ones) was very helpful and recommend us good ramen around. We love to stay there..thanks you so much..

    Had a lot of space for a family of 4 and the staff were awesome. Very helpful when asked. Highly recommend this place.
