I’d say it’s a pretty good hotel.
Price is fair, size is just right, and it has enough. Location was perfect! Like a 7min walk from Tokyo station, walking through the underground Gransta Yaesu. They seem to have breakfast option as well(didn’t try it)
I’d say a perfect budget friendly hotel!!

The location of the hotel is great and offers easy access to the subway. It is also near the terminal station for buses and JR trains. Breakfast was standard and facilities were acceptable. Cleanliness was well maintained.

This small hotel is bit tucked away on a side street across from Tokyo Station, but it was easy enough to find using my phone map. As I stayed just overnight, it satisfied my need for a clean room and bed as well as easy access to somewhere to grab a bite to eat.

Booked a double room, but couldn’t believe how small it was!I had requested for two twin beds but none available when we checked in. The shower curtain and bathroom smelled super musty. Our fridge wasn’t keeping any of our food or drinks cold, though the staff insisted it was working. I had spoken to the front desk about the fridge issue and wanting two beds, but all they could say was sorry. Also, the ground floor smelled like smoke.
The only thing that was good was their little amenities section in the lobby. Face masks, cooling shampoo, cooling wipes, etc. And staff was overall friendly. The location is pretty close to Tokyo Station and Nihombashi Station.
I’ve stayed at a lot of hotel in Tokyo and wanted to try this one. It was a very disappointing experience. I really don’t recommend this place if you’re planning to stay for more than one night.
Wished they had hooks in the bathroom and room, shelves, and more space to layout bags and luggages!
