Chose the hotel for its location as it is beside Tokyo Station. Ended up taking a taxi as flight was delayed and checking in at midnight was fast. Staff however misinformed regarding the return timeline of the complementary disposable camera.
Heard that the hotel was new so the hotel and room was super clean.
Location is 1 min to Tokyo Station (for trains) via Yaesu North Entrance. Metro is about 5mins walk through Tokyo Station or alternatively 5 mins walk to Nihombashi. So there are transportation options. There are bus available to Disney also from Tokyo Station but timings are limited.
Room amenities were great! Washing machine/dryer, full kitchen. however, no coffee in the room provided. Room service only once for the 5 days which wasn't an issue for us. Towels can be replaced by putting them in a bag outside of your room in the morning (normal in Japan). Didn't find any Halal eateries in the vicinity.
Complementary drinks at the bar was also available.
Only reason not to repeat for us is we want to try a different part of Tokyo next time. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was comfortable, convenient, stocked with kitchenware and a washer/ dryer. Steps away from Tokyo station. Note to visitors – the sign for the hotel was hard to find initially, especially at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent from different ways: location, cleaners and nice staffing. This building is smoking free although in Agoda app, I requested smoking room.

Fantastic location with excellent facilities. The rooms are outstanding—spacious, fresh, impeccably clean, and finished to a very high standard. Perfect for a family of four.One of the best perks is the ability to walk almost entirely undercover/underground to Tokyo Station, making it an ideal base for exploring the rest of the city.We enjoyed our stay so much that when we returned to Tokyo before flying home, we booked the same place again. That probably says it all 🙂
