I’d say it’s a pretty good hotel.
Price is fair, size is just right, and it has enough. Location was perfect! Like a 7min walk from Tokyo station, walking through the underground Gransta Yaesu. They seem to have breakfast option as well(didn’t try it)
I’d say a perfect budget friendly hotel!!

The location of the hotel is great and offers easy access to the subway. It is also near the terminal station for buses and JR trains. Breakfast was standard and facilities were acceptable. Cleanliness was well maintained.

This small hotel is bit tucked away on a side street across from Tokyo Station, but it was easy enough to find using my phone map. As I stayed just overnight, it satisfied my need for a clean room and bed as well as easy access to somewhere to grab a bite to eat.

Toilet was very outdated, had the urine smell which was extremely off putting. Toilet was also very yellow and could see dust and just did not felt clean. The floor in the room also made my feet feel dirty after awhile. Room was also not big enough to open my luggage… Thank goodness I only booked for 1 night. There are definitely better 3 stars hotel in the area.
