The property was very comfy and met our large groups needs.
The location to town was excellent with a number of restaurant's and pubs.
A couple of the showers were leaking and we were advised to stop using one completely. This made it awkward as we had to share.

The property is excellent, clean, spacious, modern and a fantastic location.
I would have liked some more basics for the price like tea bags and coffee and more toilet rolls would have been useful for the amount of people staying. Even just filling up the salt and pepper and maybe leaving a few dishwasher tablets as it’s a pain to buy that stuff for a short weekend. Given the cost I think those are basics that should be given.

Location was good, house was tastefully decorated hot tub was fabulous children loved it. TV in games room was huge and it has a TV in every bedroom.
No heating on even after contacting Sykes numerous times by phone and email before arrival. I never got through and no reply to emails. Will never use them again, the owners should move to another letting agent. The house was freezing and it’s January. Even when heating was on two of the bedrooms were still freezing. All the bathrooms were clean but smelled really badly. Parking was a nightmare. Pool table was a joke no room to actually use cues, dents on walls and ceiling. Dishwasher had no tablets no salt and no rinse aid, and Kitchen table was too small for 9 people. 1 toilet roll per bathroom for 9 people for 4 days was a joke, only 1 pillow per person but loads of useless cushions on beds.
