It was in a good location, moderately clean, easy to find, good AC.
The walls were very dirty, I saw dead bugs on them, and the bed was uncomfortable.

This place is very close to the airport in a light industrial area. Super easy for airport access. Entry is automated so check-in was smooth. Room was spacious but very noisy and there was a bright light in the room all night.
No lift and car parking was not as easy as we had been led to believe. Would be good if you were looking for somewhere a very short taxi ride away for an overnight stopover between flights.
