Had a mixed stay.
Positives - room was comfortable, nice bed, great toiletries in bathroom, nice air conditioning, spacious enough . Outdoor pool very good and towel attendants were so friendly.
Negatives
Hard to explain how bad the location is. As soon as you walk out the hotel, the area is an absolute dump, dirty and nowhere to walk.
The fitness centre was apparently under maintenance and couldn’t be used.
I had an argument with the receptionist as my booking was fully pre-paid including all taxes and fees, but the guy said I still needed to pay city taxes of 30 euros which was not stated anywhere in my reservation. I think this is an issue between Agoda and the hotel, which they need to resolve but the receptionist did not listen to me properly. Aside from that the staff were generally very good.
There is nowhere to fill water bottles with drinking water without getting ripped off.

It’s a great place to stay in Cagliari, everything was perfect.
The only issue was the breakfast area didn’t have a WiFi connection.
A big shoutout to all the people working there, they are offering a great service in every aspect.
