Very close to Airport. Easy walk. Host was very good with instructions and availability.

Don’t think there was a breakfast. There was however a mini market down the same road that had some juice and prepackaged pastries, as well as a small deli.
Lime scooters are usually available nearby for quick access to Catania for those on foot.
Room is exactly what you get for the price - a comfortable enough room right outside the airport.
Only criticism is that the shower and bathroom tap fixtures were loose and wonky.

Large room with beds for all of us. Common kitchen. A/C.
Lots of mosquitoes. We got so many bites we gave up counting.
No sound insulation. Every movement in the building can be heard. Noise from neighbours continued even past midnight.
Felt like we were lying on the springs in the beds. Need top mattresses.
