Sérénité proche Disneyland

The instruction to pick the keys were very clear. No issues at all. The only good thing about property is Location - 15 min walk to Disneyland Park, which is very good after night show in Disney. 10 min walk to cafe / Shopping mall and train station (Val D Europe).

We understand that this is Airbnb but if you provide few basic stuff for a family with kids on arrival such as - small carton milk , biscuits , small loaf of bread , more coffee sachets - it will make stay comfortable. These things cost less than 10 Euros but makes lot of difference. Everything was in a very very limited quantity. There was no soap in bathrooms. Very limited towels. Sofa bed is not enough for two people. Sofa bed pillows were not great. The toilet does not have wash basin and the other bathroom does not have a toilet. So once you use toilet you need to go to attached bathroom to wash hands - which is very odd. Das Apartment war sehr nahe an Disneyland Paris dran. Mit unseren kleinen Kindern haben wir dorthin zu Fuß nicht ganze 15 Minuten gebraucht. Die Gegend um das Apartment war ruhig und die Straßen sauber. Direkt gegenüber vom Apartment gab es auch eine Bushaltestelle, nur 2 Stationen von Disneyland entfernt. Das Apartment ist eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Sauber und gut eingerichtet. Den Kindern hat am Besten der Schaukelsessel gefallen ;-) Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief sehr gut. Es gab per Mail Anweisungen, wo der Schlüssel zu finden sei. Der Vermieter war gut erreichbar und hat immer schnell geantwortet.

El anfitrión no contesta nunca, no pudimos encender la calefacción. Le llamé, escribí por whatsapp y por aquí y nada. Solo manda mensajes tipo.

It is a nice and clean place, the kitchen is very nice

There was not enough toilet paper, the shower was broken to an extent that it is near impossible to take a shower and the heat did not work. When applied for help turning the heat on, the land lord basically ignored me making it difficult to dry out wet clothes and shoes after a rainy day. Not ok!
