Great apartment within walking distance to Disneyland and the mall

Spacious, organized and convenient apartment. Nice balcony and view. Located within walking distance to Disneyland (20 minutes) as well as to the mall in Serris, and also very close (1 minute) to a bus stop that goes to Disneyland. Has a washer and dryer inside the apartment which was also very convenient.

Shower condition and dishes cleanliness could be a little better (but nothing too serious).

Good location right next to the outlet. But has no airconditioning.

Location is great for those that want to be close to disney yet also have shopping area and restaurants around. The outlet is only 3 minutes walk. Disney is a around 5 minutes drive uber which costs 12 Euros.

I booked after ensuring that it states that it has air conditioning. But when we arrived we found out it does not have air conditioning. Only a small unit that you can use in one room and has to be connected to the outside through a pipe which means that we had to keep the window open all day and night and sleep all in one room.

Another amazing stay

Yet again another wonderful stay at dream apartments. We were on the ground floor last time but that wasn't available so we booked this room. I'm so pleased as this will now be our apartment of choice. Really cosy. Lovely clean spacious apartment. Location is exceptional. Isobel is so warm and friendly and helpful. We love it here.

Disney Dream ♥️

The apartment was beautiful! It was clean, spacious and had everything you need for a family break. Isabel was extremely friendly and told us everything and more. It was in walking distance of Disneyland and a great shopping centre. I would highly recommend this apartment. I will be rebooking the next time we go. 10/10

Excellent apartment, host and location

Great layout for families and excellent location for Disneyland and a delicious bakery just around the corner. Disneyland is easily walkable, and we walked through the large shopping mall nearby, to the train station and caught the train into the city. Excellent host and lots of helpful information provided.

Trip to disneyland and Paris

Friendly staff to meet us was really nice. Isabelle took the time to answer any questions we had and was on call to answer any queries we might have. Exceptional service.

Maybe mention secure underground parking in the information which we didn't know about until we arrived. Not a complaint, more of an observation.

Perfect location but apartment maintenance needed

Perfect location! The mall is close-by, bus stops too and you can even walk to Disney! The hosts were great and met us to explain everything. Very pet-friendly area. Excellent service thank you!

The apartment desperately needs maintenance. The bin is broken, the wireless vacuum does not work, the toilet fittings are loose, door handles are squeaky, lots of calc build-up in the shower, the vacuum needs a proper clean, lots of dust under couches

Perfect 3 bed apartment in a fabulous location at a great price!

The location was amazing! one minute was to free buses to Disney, 2 minute walk to numerous restaurants and Val d’Europe shopping center. Safe and clean area. The building hallways were rather dark and claustrophobic but once we entered the apartment it was bright and airy with great views and a gorgeous breeze. Kitchen was very well equipped. We could easily have been comfortable staying there for several days, and the host Isabella was incredible.

The beds were harder than we like, but that’s just personal preference.

Exceptional

Location was perfect. Right next to outlet mall and a bus ride away to disneyland. Isabel was also kind to personally welcome us despite the late arrival.

There isn't any supermarket nearby. Nearest one in the mall was at least a 15mins walk.

Very comfortable stay, short walk from Disney - safe and secure parking

Isabel was so helpful in making our stay really comfortable. The apartment itself was as expected from the photos; spacious, clean and close to Disney. The apartment actually comes with two parking spaces, not one, so your vehicle will be really safe and secure. The apartment is a really short distance from Disney - we have two kids who are 7&8 and we walked there and back each day - it takes around 20 minutes at a slow pace. You can easily drive to the Disney which is around 2-3 minutes - big tip - park at Indigo parking which is a closer multi story car park - shorter walk than the official car park and a few Euros cheaper. If we head back to Disney, we would certainly opt to stay here again.

The location was good

Extremely dirty!!!!!! Washing didn’t work, leaked constantly! Tumble dryer broken! Bed sheets dirty on arrival, pillows absolutely rotten dirty, stank & all covered in stains ( possible vomit) dishes in presses put away dirty! Sofa smelt like vomit The trip from HELL I would NEVER stay here again!
