This was our first trip to Morocco. The riad organized transportation from the airport to the riad. Our driver was waiting for us and a staff member met us at the car and escorted us to the riad. (cars are not allowed in this area). Our welcome was warm and informative. Our room was well appointed and off a beautiful top floor garden terrace. Breakfasts were served quickly and with care and politeness. Each day staff asked how we were doing, sleeping, what our plans were for the day. Sometimes they had great suggestions of things to do. The temperature was very warm when there and each day we were provided with cold water to start out our day. All the staff was amazing, polite and helpful. The riad itself was beautiful and serene with many little places one could sit and relax. Our room had it's own air conditioning, allowing us to set our temperature.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Lumière d’Étoile in Marrakech. A special thank you to Giovanna, who was an exceptional host and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The riad is beautifully designed with great style and attention to detail, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere throughout. We especially loved the delicious breakfast served on the rooftop terrace, which was the perfect way to start each day.
One of the things we appreciated most was the peaceful and relaxing environment. Despite being located in the heart of the vibrant Medina, the riad feels like a true oasis of calm.
The service was outstanding, and the hosts were always attentive, friendly, and happy to help with anything we needed.
We highly recommend Riad Lumière d’Étoile to anyone visiting Marrakech and would gladly stay there again. Thank you for a memorable experience.
