Clean , and very central

The roof top area was poor , no service and it looked closed. The room was good size . We had Junior suite but you could hear everything outside the room. Iit didn’t have the charm many of the riad have in the city . And web cite said you could order champagne ,but they didn’t have a license. So overall ok stay but quite pricey for what you get.

Way overpriced and disappointing. This hotel feels more like a hospital ward than a place to relax — cold, mechanical service, and no personality at all. The room was small, stuffy, and smelled damp. The shower drain was clogged, flooded the bathroom, and then clogged again the next day. I had to rush to shower without flooding the room. The mattresses are uncomfortable and caused back pain, and the bathrobes and towels are old, stained, and worn out — basic things any hotel should invest in. The indoor pool is unpleasant, with staff constantly telling guests to be quiet while talking loudly themselves. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. For the price, this hotel is not worth it. There are plenty of better options on the same street.
