A beautiful property in an excellent location. Top notch service from start to finish. The room was comfortable and clean, quiet. A lovely breakfast is served on the roof terrace. The staff makes sure you are comfortable and when I left, the man on duty walked me and my bag to the main road to ensure I was safely in a taxi. Much appreciated!

The location was excellant, central to everything. The room was very spacious (prestige twin) looking onto a lovely court yard on the ground floor. The amenties and property well kept. 4 choices for breakfast! Staff were so happy and welcoming. Airport transfer was excellant, met by porter from taxi and shown direct to riad.

The property is central in Medina and staff is helpful!
The place is too small and not clean! Plus i had to walk in and out with my luggage on arrival and departure like a 10 minutes walk in medina with my bags!
