First floor access! Love that. Super close to the water bus station as well, and great food nearby. Very nice host.

The apartment was immaculate, lacking nothing that we might need. The bedrooms are both en-suite with large double beds offering a comfortable night's sleep. Our host Maria was very helpful before and throughout our stay, answering our questions promptly and efficiently, and giving great advice about how and where to travel in the city. The location was fabulous, Giudecca is away from the main tourist areas whilst still offering a range of bars, cafes and restaurants. It was an easy waterbus ride to all the attractions. We'd definitely return if we ever visit Venice again.
