Quiet location, cafe and restaurants close by, no stairs to apartment however it’s split level with a bedroom on 1st floor. Spacious apartment and sunroof with windows. Very close to main visiting center.
It’s a bit far from Train station. Microwave wasn’t provided, caused a bit of inconvenience as we couldn’t takeaway leftover food from restaurant to heat up in apartment. TV location wasn’t very convenient for watching due to dining table in the way and 2 seater sofa in living room not sufficient space for family.
Allow enough time for checkin as host is very thorough introducing the apartment and features and uses translation app for communicating. Host is very patient helping out if we need something.

The apartment was well furnished. The location was beautiful, and easily to find on the quieter island of Giudecca. Owner was very accommodating, friendly, and very helpful.
