We had a wonderful 3 day stay, house is incredible, rooms are so big and clean, breakfast was great and we loved Jasper. Would struggle to get better for the price. Thank you Pauline and Bill for making the Glen so special.
My only comment is it's not the best location for what we wanted to see in the lake district but the house is so wonderful it makes up for it.

Very friendly owners running a lovely small B&B. Coming from London I had forgotten that most other places are very friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast with a great selection of options. Sadly hotel breakfasts always finish too early for us late risers, so we can rarely eat lots in the morning! Very easy to get to from the station and a taxi service was suggested that collect at all times for a reasonable price. Large rooms with a TV and large bath/shower. If we have the same event next year we will be back :)
Very little nearby except the station (and a good farm shop) but we chose this location for the nearby station and then ventured other places!
