Li’le Hullets, 3 Seed Howe Cottages

We received a very warm welcome from the host, Anne, to her quaint cottage in a cute town near the lake and Windemere. The accommodation of a bedroom with an ensuite was very clean, well presented and comfortable. Anne was so delightful, chatty and knowledgeable, providing excellent sightseeing recommenations. We had a wonderful cooked breakfast, cereal, fruit daily. Having a car, we found the cottage's location central to all places of interest in this area. We enjoyed our stay, chats and adventures here and would certainly recommend staying here. Thank you Anne, you are a real gem! X

We had such a lovely stay! Anne was very sweet, welcoming and accommodating. The cottage was cosy and in a fantastic location, with lovely walks and pubs nearby. Our room and bathroom were both comfortable and ideal for our stay. Anne was also very helpful with recommendations for places to visit in the area. Breakfast was delicious, with a lovely cooked breakfast as well as cereal/fruit options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :)

Anne is a hostess like no other! We encouraged her to write a book of her experiences and anecdotes. Li'le Hullets is a traditional B&B of a type that it's more difficult to find these days, in a fascinating old house. The beds were comfortable; the breakfast traditional; the location excellent, very close to the bus stops for the 555 bus and not that far from the station and the village centre. It was quiet and we slept well. Our fellow-guests were delightful and interesting.

I was sorry I had to chase off to the bus on the final morning without thanking Anne adequately.
