Great little find

La Brisa was a home from home with everything you could need. Comfortable living area, great kitchen, good sized bedrooms and lovely bathroom. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and yet in a great location for the town. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great location for The Open Golf

The location of the property was excellent as we were attending the Open Golf at Royal Port Rush. We were able to park outside the property with no restrictions. A short walk to an excellent petrol forecourt with a good shop. Pubs and restaurants were a 20 minute walk down to the harbour.

The large double bed was very wobbly. We quickly resolved this with a screwdriver we found in the cupboard.

Great location

The location is great close to town and shops. Lovely bedrooms comfortable beds. Nice clean bathroom. The owner was very nice and responded to all my messages. Very quiet area. Parking outside the house. Good WiFi. The highlight was the toaster my kids loved it.

The water pressure is my biggest issue with this property. Very low for a shower especially during summer when you are going to the beach. I did raise it with the owner.

House was inadequately prepared, with a lack of heat, basic amenities, and superficial cleaning.

The house was woefully unprepared for our arrival in the first week of February. The heating system had been completely shut off, leaving the interior temperature to plummet to match the frigid conditions outside. It took well over a day of constant running to adequately warm up the entire house and make it habitable. Upon entering the kitchen, we were disappointed to find it sparsely equipped. Basic necessities were missing, such as a cutting knife, and there was a noticeable shortage of cutlery with only 5 forks and 5 mugs provided for our use. While it was evident that a superficial cleaning had been attempted, a closer inspection revealed numerous sticky surfaces throughout the house. Moving the sofa exposed areas of the floor that had been entirely neglected during the cleaning process. Despite being advertised as a renovated property, it was apparent that the house had only received cosmetic updates, such as a fresh coat of paint and new decor, to mask underlying issues. Mold was still visible in the corners of the windows, and a particularly large and concerning patch was actively growing next to the entrance.

Fantastic

Ah we had such a fantastic stay at Caroline’s beautiful house. It was clean and very cosy and all 3 bedrooms were very warm and welcoming. My kids loved the toaster and the fact that there’s a nearby shop 1min walk away. You can walk a few ways to the centre in a few minutes to the town centre. If you go left you can link up to the sea front promenade walk which is fab and if your turn right then up by green you meet town centre. Great selection of restaurants and everyone so friendly. I would highly recommend walking around to the east side of beach too it fab. We did the rope bridge, bushmills distillery and giants causeway and all with a very short drive. But Also the coast road drive is spectacular drive with dunluce castle too!!

Lovely spot for a holiday base in North Ulster.

The location is very good. It is accessible to the north Antrim coast and close to entertainment in Portrush. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Parking is limited on the street but the car was very safe. You know you are nit-picking when the only thing to grumble about is the lack of a bread knife!

Great location! Home from home

A mix up in communication meant the property hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. After a long journey we where very deflated, we contacted the owners and they arranged everything to be cleaned and compensated us also. Very good communication and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay after the initial hiccup. Thanks for letting us stay.

The house was in a really good location, and within walking distance to all the key places in Portrush. It was ideal for taking our dogs for early morning walks on either of the west / east strand beaches. The house itself was incredibly cosy, and had everything we needed. Plenty of shops close by to buy the essentials (Lidl only 5 minute drive away). Also, the mattress in the main bedroom was really good! I slept very well both nights that we stayed. Small enclosed back garden/yard, so even the smallest of dogs are safe to be left outside.

Not a big issue, but just be careful when parking outside (tight to the kerb), as it’s quite a narrow housing estate.

We stayed for the weekend. The house is in a perfect location. The host is very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much. Everything is in the house you need for your stay. The house was spotless with good size bedrooms and beautiful bathroom. The kitchen has everything you would need for your stay. Would definitely stay there again.
