A great wee townhouse at West strand avenue, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A twenty minute walk from Royal Portrush Golf club and about 100 metres from West Strand beach. Ideal for those who love the beach and don't want the bother of packing up the car, also no roads to cross between house and promenade so it's great for young children.
There is also a large green area to front of house which is visable from living area windows.
Popular restaurants at harbour area can be accessed via a short walk along the promenade.

This location of this house is just perfect! What a short, easy walk to the beach, and a simple drive to the Antrim Coast attractions. The beds were a little firm, but the owner brought me a mattress topper which was much appreciated. The picture is of the beach, a 3-minute walk.

Our host met us there and showed us around. Very sweet, lovely young lady. The place was immaculate, nice basket full of goodies, even went to the store and bought us a fan on a very warm day. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend this home for all of the above reasons and for the location, on the beach and many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Just lovely.

This property was in a great location for our visit to Portrush. Walkable to the beach, lots of restaurants and the train/bus station/stop. The townhouse was immaculate and the host really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The house was great and perfect for us to get ready for our wedding. The hostess left us a sweet gift and card which was a lovely touch. Everything was very clean, the water pressure was amazing, and the heat worked great! To top the whole thing off Roberta showed up as we were leaving with luggage, and she offered us a ride to the station. Like I said, everything was exceptional!

Perfect homemade for our golf trip. This location was ideal as we played all the golf gems in the area then came back to a relaxing and comfortable beach house. This vacation rental had everything we needed and the hosts made sure our stay was an excellent one.

We were here from Friday until Monday, was the perfect location from which to explore the causeway coastline. The strand (beach) is a block away. I would imagine that in season the town must be busy and chaotic, but mid September it was quiet and peaceful. Jim and Roberta checked in regularly via WhatsApp to make sure we were all good. All in all good hosts in a nice property

Great location, perfect family accommodation

We stayed here in September 2021 and would highly recommend this holiday home. Immaculately clean and every amenity you could ever need, from washer/dryer to books and board games for the kids, lovely welcome package and excellent communication between ourselves and the property owner. Close to the beach and a short walk to the centre of town. My husband and I where there with our 16 week old and 2 year old and the living space and the beds etc where perfect.

Do go and stay here, even in lockdown, it was amazing! We loved the house, so clean, comfortable and well equipped. So close to the beach, lovely walk along prom into Portrush, great shops and cafes. Fantastic rental from booking to leaving. Obviously strange times at the moment but communication from owner was fantastic throughout and really made the whole thing a lot easier. Great house for family stay in Portrush

A very clean and very well equipped house for both adults and children. Comfortable beds, 2 lovely bathrooms, great open plan living area and well located utility area. The location of this house is perfect, being just a stroll away, along the promenade, from the town centre of Portrush and a short dash from the clean west strand beach. When staying, we would recommend a meal in both Ocho Tapas Bistro along Main Street and Tides restaurant, a 10 - 15 minutes walk up the coastal path towards Portstewart. We, both adults and children, totally recommend a stay in this house.

The property was great for our family trip . The owners have thought of everything that you would need. It’s just outside of the main area If Portrush and is a short 10 min walk to the Main part along a lovely promenade. We had a car but it was easier to walk to be honest. Close to the station and Lidl. Right next to the sea front . We were there for NYE but would definitely go back in the summer.

This house was just perfect for our family holiday. The location was just a stones throw away from the beach and not even a 10min walk into town. The house itself was so clean, plenty of room and there was a lovely reception on arrival. The owners checked that everything was okay and provided great amenities for the stay. We stayed here for 2 nights with our friends and 3 children all under the age of 2. The house was spotlessly clean and Jim and Roberta had very kindly left a few essentials and some books for the children. The location of the house is perfect and the directions we were given were great! We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back again.

Super little house in the perfect location!

Very happy we decided on this little holiday rental. We spent 2 nights here and would have happily stayed longer. Upon arrival we were greeted with a personal little note and some added little extras for ourselves and children which I thought was very thoughtful. We ordered a shop before we went down wish we hadn't of bothered as there was all the basics already there and more. The children found bodyboards under the stairs and we took them to the beach. They had an absolute blast. The house was perfectly clean with parking outside and so close to the sea it really was the perfect proximity to everything we needed we didn't need to use the car again until we were leaving. Thank you Roberta and Jim, we hope to stay in your lovely little home sometime soon.
