The property was exceptional, clean and and very comfortable (location was very central and perfect for us!). All the amenities you need are literally on your doorstep. Communications from the host had been excellent (Thank you Victoria for all of your help!). We are frequent visitors to Stade and will certainly not be staying anywhere else in the future.

Perfect location. One of the best places I have booked!

Spacious. Nice and clean. Everything worked very well. All appliances needed was present.

No aircondition. (it was very hot when we where visiting Stade, 36c!)

Stade ist eine Reise wert, die Wohnung könnte mit wenig Aufwand aufgewertet werden.

Am besten war die tolle Lage zur Altstadt. Ebenfalls gut war die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung hat Potenzial.

Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war verbesserungswürdig, da viele Spinnweben, Spinnen und Staub vorhanden waren. Leider wurden bekannte Mängel (sehr verschmutzter Teppich im Wohnzimmer, fleckige Couch im Wohnzimmer, defektes oberes Fach im Geschirrspüler (notdürftig mit Kabelbinder gängig gemacht), sehr schlechte Schlafcouch (also kein 2. Schlafzimmer) , Fahrradschuppen voller Spinnweben, ohne Licht und voller Müllsäcke. Schade, wäre gar nicht nötig!

Schöne zentral gelegende Wohnung

Lage ist super- in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Es ist alles vorhanden was nun braucht. Gute Ausstattung.

Entspannter Kurzurlaub in einer schönen Stadt

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Das alte Fachwerkhaus ist innen sehr gut saniert. Man kann gut und ruhig schlafen. Die Lage am Rande des historischen Stadtkerns ist für die Erkundung der Altstadt ideal. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen auftreten.

Das direkte Umfeld des Hauses mit Parkplatz könnte etwas Pflege vertragen.

Erholsam, ich konnte mir einen sehr guten Eindruck von Stade und dem Kehdinger Land verschaffen, eine technisch super au

Ausstattung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Auch im Haus selber war es ganz ruhig. Nette Korrespondenz mit den Vermietern. Die Wohnung ist technisch sehr gut ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet.

Leider musste der zum Haus gehörende Parkplatz extra bezahlt werden und die Zufahrt war wegen des Kopfsteinpflasters an einer Stelle sehr tief, sodass ich Bedenken hatte, aufzusetzen. Ein tiefer gelegtes Auto hätte deshalb dort nicht parken können.
