Am besten war die tolle Lage zur Altstadt. Ebenfalls gut war die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung hat Potenzial.
Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war verbesserungswürdig, da viele Spinnweben, Spinnen und Staub vorhanden waren. Leider wurden bekannte Mängel (sehr verschmutzter Teppich im Wohnzimmer, fleckige Couch im Wohnzimmer, defektes oberes Fach im Geschirrspüler (notdürftig mit Kabelbinder gängig gemacht), sehr schlechte Schlafcouch (also kein 2. Schlafzimmer) , Fahrradschuppen voller Spinnweben, ohne Licht und voller Müllsäcke. Schade, wäre gar nicht nötig!

Lage ist super- in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Es ist alles vorhanden was nun braucht. Gute Ausstattung.
