Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt nahe des Hafens. Die moderne Ausstattung der FeWo ist komplett. Die Kommunikation per eMail und/oder WebSite geschah rasch und zielführend.
Kleine Mängel der Küchenmöblierung. Es könnten auch Stühle in den Schlafzimmern sein. Die Stiege zum 1. Stock ist eng und nicht normgerecht (besonders die letzte hohe Stufe). Ein paar Haken könnten auch noch im Bad sein. Anreise mit Auto und in die/aus der Tiefgarage sind (auf Grund von Bauarbeiten im Zentrum) bei veränderter Verkehrsführung und in engen Gassen nicht problemlos.
